Pipelink collects and processes personal data when:

- the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take measures at the request of the data subject prior to and in view of the conclusion of a contract, for example in the context of recruitment, payment to service providers or monitoring solvency;

4. The controller
